Barber Shops
Introduction
These Terms apply to all barbers and grooming professionals (“Barbers”) listed on the Elite Barbers platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”).
By joining or remaining listed on Elite Barbers, you agree to these Terms.
Independent Contractor Status
Barbers listed on Elite Barbers:
•Are independent contractors
•Are not employees, partners, or agents of Elite Barbers
•Are solely responsible for their services, pricing, availability, and conduct
Elite Barbers does not provide barbering services.
Listing & Content
Barbers agree that:
•All submitted content (photos, videos, descriptions) is accurate and owned or licensed by them
•Content may be used by Elite Barbers for marketing and promotional purposes
•Listings may be edited, approved, suspended, or removed at our discretion
Leads & Enquiries
Elite Barbers provides lead-generation and exposure only.
We do not guarantee:
•A specific number of leads
•Bookings
•Revenue
Lead volume depends on customer demand, responsiveness, and market conditions.
Fees & Payments
Elite Barbers may offer:
•Free trial or promotional periods
•Paid subscriptions
•Pay-per-lead or commission-based models
All fees:
•Are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
•Are subject to change with notice
Elite Barbers does not handle customer payments unless explicitly stated.
Barber Responsibilities
Barbers are solely responsible for:
•Licensing and legal compliance
•Hygiene, safety, and professional standards
•Tools, equipment, and insurance
•Communicating with customers professionally and promptly
Platform Conduct
Barbers must not:
•Misrepresent services or pricing
•Engage in abusive, misleading, or unlawful behaviour
•Attempt to misuse or manipulate the Platform
Violation may result in suspension or removal without notice
Limitation of Liability
Elite Barbers is not liable for:
•Service disputes
•Missed appointments
•Pricing disagreements
•Customer complaints or damages
All services are performed at the Barber’s own risk.
Indemnity
Barbers agree to indemnify and hold Elite Barbers harmless from any claims or losses arising from:
•Their services
•Breach of these Terms
•Customer disputes
Termination
Elite Barbers may suspend or terminate a Barber listing at any time, with or without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
Acceptance
By joining or remaining listed on Elite Barbers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
